Of course, the campsite offers pitches with or without sanitary facilities, suitable for tents, caravans, motorhomes, or converted vans.

Yes, we offer free Wi‑Fi that covers most of the campsite.

From April 3rd to July 3rd, then from July 10th to July 17th, and finally from July 24th to October 11th, 2026:
Accommodations: minimum stay of 2 nights.
Camping pitches: minimum stay of 1 night.

From July 3rd to July 10th and from July 17th to July 24th:
Accommodations and pitches with private sanitary facilities: minimum stay of 7 nights.
Other pitches: from 1 night.

Yes, each pitch or accommodation includes a parking space.
There is also a free parking area in front of the reception.

No, we do not have charging stations in the campsite, however you can find them within 5km

Yes, our friendly team speaks French, English and Dutch, and we will be happy to help you in these languages.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• Bank transfers.
• Cash payments at reception.
• Cheques (to confirm your stay with a deposit; send them to our address: Rue des Peupliers, 41600 Nouan-le-Fuzelier)
• Holiday vouchers, both digital and physical.

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm your reservation. No deposit (deposit) is required for your stay.

Our cancellation policy is as follows (simplified for your convenience):

More than 60 days before the start of your stay: Your deposit will be refunded, less the booking fee (30 € for accommodation, 19 € for pitches) and any cancellation insurance.
Between 60 and 15 days before the start of the stay: The entire deposit will be kept.
Less than 15 days before the start of the stay: The full amount of the stay will be charged.
You can also subscribe to our Cancellation Guarantee option at extra cost to get a refund under certain conditions. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions (CGV)

Changes to your booking (for example, dates or type of accommodation) can be requested in writing (email or letter) and are subject to availability.

If the requested changes are not possible, the initial booking conditions will apply, or you can cancel your stay according to our cancellation policy.

Smoking is prohibited in the following areas:

• Inside the restaurant.
• Inside mobile homes and other accommodation.
• In the playground.
• In all indoor common installations

Yes, we accept pets (for a fee), although category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed

Campfires are prohibited within the campsite; gas and charcoal barbecues are allowed.
In addition, charcoal barbecues or planchas are included when you book an accommodation (depending on the type), or on our private‑sanitary pitches equipped with the Garden Pack.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, you are asked to remain quiet from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

Yes, visitors are allowed to visit the day by presenting their ID card at the reception.

If your guests stay overnight in your accommodation, please inform the reception so that they are added to your booking and charged accordingly

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially around the lake and playgrounds.

The inter‑municipal swimming pool is available and free for all campsite guests. It is located right across from the campsite, and you can find the opening hours at the reception.
You can also enjoy the pond’s beach and its swimming area.
And new for 2026, available during July and August: the Aqua Park !!

Yes, here are the services we offer:

• A small grocery shop located at the reception, where you can find essential items as well as local products.
• A small supermarket just a 3‑minute walk from the campsite, in the town centre of Nouan‑le‑Fuzelier.
• A snack bar to satisfy your hunger and thirst.
